I can't help but feel excited for you, because following this lesson, you'll have learned an awesome piece of grammar. Namely "I can't help but X". This is great for describing those moments where you totally cave and screw up your diet by going to town on a chili dog, or a bag of chippies.
ず form verb + には + いられない
Example:
→ ラーメンを見ると、買わずにはいられない。
"When I see ramen, I can't help but buy it.”
The ~ずにはいられない pattern is predominantly used to describe times when we "can't help but do/feel X". It has nuances of doing something impulsively, and therefore shouldn't be used with actions that indicate volition, deliberate thought, etc.
