Casual form verb/い-adjectiveに決まっている
Noun/な-adjectiveに決まっている
Example:
→ あの話は、うそに決まっているだろう。
"That (stuff they were saying) has surely got to be a lie.”
「きっと〜だ / 絶対に〜だ」と言う意味。
話し手が強い確信を持っているときに使う推量表現。
