Verb(dictionary form)かverb(casual negative form)かのうちに...(past tense action)
Example:
→ スティーブがお皿を用意するかしないかのうちに、マイクがピザを全部食べてしまった。
"Before Steve had even prepared the plates, Mike had already eaten all of the pizza.”
