Introduction

I know you're a big fan of suffixes so I pulled some strings and now I've got two awesome suffixes for you today: ~ and ~ふう. Go ahead and read on to find out what they mean!


: We need to "izify"! More "izification"!

Structure

    Noun(する)
    Example:
    日本にほん少子しょうしすすんでいる。
    ”Birth rates in Japan continue to decline.”

First up is ~! indicates that something is changing in some way, and is used in words like 進化しんか ("evolution") and 化学かがく ("chemistry"). When we attach to a noun and use it as a suffix, it means "-izification" or "-ification". And we can do this with pretty much any noun! Fun! Here are some common combos to start us off:
