You could say that this lesson is awesome, and you could say that this lesson is great. You could say it's short and sweet, in fact, there are a ton of things you could say about this lesson.

Verb/Noun(だ)/い-adjective/な-adjective(だ)と言ってもいい
Example:
→ 俺は天才だと言ってもいい。
"You could say I'm a genius.”
If we break down this phrase, と言ってもいい, we have our quote marker: と, the verb 言う in its て-form, the inclusivity particle も, and good old いい. Which, is probably overcomplicating things. This is essentially just a modified version of the 〜てもいい for permission that we studied in Beginner. Here's a recap of that:
