elementary #55
~ 5 Minutes

Introduction

This lesson marks an important step in your journey to fluency. So far, we’ve been learning how to make simple sentences with nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Today, we’ll be learning how to write more complex sentences so you can greatly expand your ability to communicate! Get ready to have your mind blown! 🀯

It’s All Relative (Clauses)

First of all, we need to understand what a simple sentence actually is.

1.1

友達ともだけはをスγƒͺγƒΌγƒˆγ˜γ‚ƒγͺい。

1.2

ε‹ι”γ¨γ‚‚γ γ‘γ―γ‚’γƒ‹γƒ‘γŒε₯½γ™γγ γ€‚

Both sentences look simple enough, right? Notice how each sentence has one complete idea being shared: not being an athlete and liking anime.
