About

それでは ("well then/in that case/with that") is a conjunction that is used to transition between sentences or to refer to something that was previously said.

E.g. それでは、残のこりは来週らいしゅうにやりましょうか。 "In that case, shall we do the rest next week?"

E.g. それではまったく分わかりません。 "(With that explanation) I don't understand at all."

それでは is formal and can be shortened to では, それじゃ, or じゃ in more casual situations.

E.g. では、行いきましょうか。 "Well then, shall we go?"

E.g. それじゃ、今日きょうはトンカツにしようか？ "In that case, should we have tonkatsu today?"
