くらい・ぐらい, in addition to making approximations, has three more advanced usages:

  ② "X is about the only thing (～は～くらい)"

  ③ "X is easy/unimportant"

For usage ③, くらい・ぐらい may attach directly to casual form verbs/い-adjectives, to な-adjectives using な, or directly to nouns.

Usage ③ uses くらい・ぐらい to make something sound easy, unimportant, or insignificant.

E.g. 曲きょくを作つくるくらい、俺おれにもできるよ。 "Even I could write a song."

E.g. 5kmくらい誰だれでも走はしれるだろう。 "Anyone can run five kilometers."
