The expressions 「～で言いうと」 and 「～で言いうところの」are a combination of the で particle, the verb 言いう, and either the と particle, or 「ところ」.

～で言いうと and ～で言いうところの are used to explain something by referencing a specific perspective, comparison, or context.

～で言いうと and ～で言いうところの have two distinct usages:
