About

更さらに is a stiff-sounding adverb, that is mainly used in written scenarios, and expresses that "X is even more Y", or "even 'X'-er".

E.g. セルフレジの導入どうにゅうで、さらに便利べんりになります！ "With the introduction of self-checkouts, (the shopping experience) will become even more convenient!"

E.g. この機能きのうを使つかうと、写真しゃしんがさらにきれいに撮とれます。 "If you use this feature, you can take even better pictures."

E.g. バナナを入いれると、さらにおいしくなりますよ。 "If you put in a banana, it becomes even more delicious."

さらに can combine with the は particle to place additional emphasis on the following information.

E.g. タバコをやめるのは自分じぶんのため、さらには家族かぞくのためでもあります。 "(I'm) quitting tobacco for myself, and even more so, for my family."
