「限り」, the stem form of the verb 限る can attach to a verb, adjective, or noun to indicate "as long as X".
E.g. 勝つ可能性がある限りは、諦めません。 "As long as there is a chance we can win, I won't give up."
E.g. この部屋が涼しい限りは、ずっとここにいるよ。 "As long as this room is cool, I'm going to be in here."
When 〜限り attaches to a negative verb/adjective/noun, it can be used to express "unless/until (X state is true)".
E.g. おかずを全部食べない限りは、お菓子はあげれません。 "I won't give you any treats unless you eat all of your food."
