~にしても is a hypothetical marker that translates to "even if/even though", and can attach to verbs, adjectives, and nouns. ~にしても can attach directly to nouns/な-adjectives or attach using である.
~にしても can be used twice in the same sentence after two opposite/contrasting words, or two items of the same category to express "Regardless of whether (or not) X".
E.g. 後で食べるにしても食べないにしても、一旦ラップをしておいてね。 "Regardless of whether or not you eat it later, go ahead and wrap it up for now."
E.g. 体調が良いにしても良くないにしても、健康診断は年に1回は受けるべきだ。 "Regardless of whether or not your condition is good, you ought to get a health check-up once a year."
