～ない～はない

～ない～はない is one example of many double negative structures in Japanese. The ～ない～はない pattern means "there is no X that is not...".

This structure often makes use of double は to put extra emphasis on the final negative of the sentence.

E.g. 私わたしはおいしくない食たべ物ものは食たべない。
"I do not eat food that isnt delicious."

The first は may also be が or に depending on context.
