Nounについて
Example:
→ ビッグフットについて、何かいい情報はないかな。
"I wonder if there isn't any good info on Bigfoot.”
「について」 means "about/regarding/concerning", and indicates that the noun it attaches to is about to be described by the following sentence, or that the noun it attaches to is about to have a question asked concerning it.
The 「(noun)について」 pattern sounds fairly stiff, and is most likely to be found in formal/polite situations, rather than in casual conversation with family or friends.
