(て form verb・い-adjective)も構わない
(Noun・な-adjective)でも構わない
Example:
→ 見つかり次第、射っても構わない。(バナナガンで)
"If you find them, you may shoot them. (with a banana gun)”
Remember ~てもいい from the Fledgling Forest? Well, ~ても構わない is essentially its older sibling. Just like ~てもいい, ~ても構わない is all about expressing that the speaker "doesn't mind if (someone) does X".
