～ても構わない（てもかまわない）

The ～ても構かまわない pattern is a combination of a て form verb/い-adjective (or a noun/な-adjective + でも), and the negative form of the verb 「構かまう」 ("to mind; to care").

～ても構かまわない is used to give/ask for permission, or to make compromises.

E.g. 辞書じしょで調しらべてもかまいません。 "You may use a dictionary."

E.g. ここに座すわっても構かまいませんか。 "Do you mind if I sit here?"

E.g. 状態じょうたいがいいなら、中古ちゅうこでもかまいません。 "If it's in good condition I don't mind if it's used."

～ても構かまわない sounds somewhat stiff/formal, and isn't used much in casual conversation.

～ても構かまわない should not be used with one's superiors.

～ても構かまわない can be used to ask for permission, by simply forming a question: 「～ても構かまいませんか・ても構かまわない(です)か」.
