(Amount)は: "At least X amount"

In this lesson, we have two of your favorite things: amounts, and the は particle.

Those are two of your favorite things, right???

(Amount)は: "At least X..."

  Example:
  → お腹なかが空すいていないけど、2枚まいは食たべれると思おもう。
  "I'm not hungry, but I think I can eat at least two slices.”

You might be confused about how this is even a grammar point. "Isn't it just a number of something and the は particle?! I know numbers. I know は. What's going on? Where am I?"
