The 「(amount)は」 pattern can be used to express "at least (amount".
E.g. このスーツケース、20キロはあると思う。 "I think this suitcase is at least 20 kg."
E.g. 沖縄すごく良いから、1回は行ったほうがいいよ! "Okinawa's really great, so you should go at least once!"
E.g. 難しかったけど、85点はあると思う。 "It was difficult, but I think I got at least 85 points."
Non-amount words can be used in combination with は as well, to express "at least X":
E.g. 時間がなくても薬は飲んだほうがいいですよ。 "Even if you don't have time, you should at least take your medicine."
ぐらい・くらい can also be used to form the 「(amount/non-amount)ぐらい・くらいは」 pattern.
E.g. 一口くらいは食べたら? "Why don't you at least eat a mouthful?"
E.g. あと5分くらいは待とう。 "Let's at least wait another five minutes or so."
