たとえ(Noun・な-adjective)でも
Example:
→ たとえ逆切れされても、言うべきことだと思うよ。
"I think it's something that you ought to say, even if you receive backlash.”
Today's lesson is all about making "even if" or "no matter how..." statements!
In Japanese, we can do this by taking the adverb 「たとえ」("even if; supposing that; no matter (how/what)") and placing it before a verb/い-adjective in its て form + も, or a noun/な-adjective + でも. Check out this table:
