て form verb(て)からでないと~(ない)
Example:
→ あのアイテムを取得してからでないと、パワーアップはできない。
"You can't power up until you obtain that item.”
The ~てからでないと pattern might seem complex, but it is actually quite simple! It's a combination of a て form verb, the particle から (which in this case, acts as a theoretical "starting point"), でない (the は-less version of the negator 「ではない」), and finally, the conditional と.
