Casual form verbにしては
Nounにしては
Example:
→ 2月にしては暖かいですね。
"It's warm for February isn't it?”
The ~にしては pattern is all about expressing that something is "Considering X, (unexpectedly) Y", or "for X, (something) is Y", wherein 「にしては」 functions in a similar way to "considering/for".
For instance, if we wanted to say that something was good quality considering it cost 500 yen, we'd want to attach にしては to the (specific) price like so:
