X verb/い-adjectiveことはX verb/い-adjectiveが
X noun/な-adjective(な・である)ことはX noun/な-adjectiveが
Example:
→ おいしいことはおいしいけど、なんか違うなぁ。
"It is tasty, but there's something wrong with it.”
The 「~ことは~が」 pattern is all about conceding X, but then emphasizing that there is another factor to consider. For example, if you went to a cafe with really good coffee but a terrible atmosphere, you might say "The coffee was good, but the atmosphere was terrible. There were kids jumping on the tables, and running around while screaming!" (Emphasis on the fact that "the coffee was good, but...")
