〜ことだ: It's a thing! And I feel strongly about that

構成こうせい

  Past casual verb/casual negative verbことだ。

• 

  Casual form い-adjectiveことだ。

• 

  な-adjectiveなことだ。

  Example:
  → 海うみが宝石ほうせきみたいに光ひかっていて、きれいなことだ。
  "The sea is shining like a jewel, how beautiful.”
