This lesson's all about repetitive actions, and the dire consequences they can lead to. Although let me be clear that I think repetitive consumption of pizza is directly correlated with an increase in happiness.

ている form verb ている → ていて + は
Example:
→ そんなに悪口ばかり言っていては、いつか友達がいなくなるよ。
"If you keep saying nothing but bad things about people, eventually you'll lose your friends.”
