～も～ば～も: "If there's X, there's also Y"

〜も～ば～も: Let's list stuff!

構成こうせい

• 

  Noun1 も + Verb(ば) + Noun2 も ～　

• 

  Noun1 も + い-adjective(ければ)+ Noun2 も ～　

• 

  Noun1 も + な-adjective(なら(ば))+ Noun2 も ～　

• 

  Noun1 も + Noun2(なら(ば))+ Noun3も ～　

  Example:
  → ボブさんは、お酒さけも飲のまなければタバコも吸すわない。
  "Bob doesn't drink, nor does he smoke.”

  「いいこと＋いいこと」や「悪わるいこと＋悪わるいこと」を並ならべて、"だけでなく" と同おなじ意味いみになる。

  対照的たいしょうてきなこと（好すき嫌きらい、難むずかしい簡単かんたん、いい悪わるい etc）を並ならべて、"〜もあるし〜もある"という意味いみにもなる。

• 

  否定形ひていけいは「〜も〜なければ〜も〜ない」
