You already know いつも, which means "always", as in you "always go to the gym after work". Now get ready to meet ずっと, which means "forever" in "I want to be together forever!" Cute. Welcome to this quick-bite lesson covering two long-time extended super awesome all-the-time adverbs!
On paper, these adverbs can both mean "always", but they're actually quite different.
いつも, simply deals with frequency. How often do you go to the gym, how often do you put the toilet seat down, study, nap, etc. (Spoiler: with いつも, the answer is always "always".)
