Noun/Verb/い-adjective/な-adjective(な)だけでなく〜(も clause)
Example:
→ この店は美味しいだけでなく、値段も高くないです。
”Not only is this place delicious, its prices are also low.”
This grammar point combines not two, but three different grammar points! We have だけ, as in "only", でない as in "not", and an optional (but commonly included) も in the second clause. This gives us the pattern "Not only A, but also B."
