Welcome! This is an exciting lesson because we'll be applying some of your recently acquired 謙譲語 knowledge. Namely, we'll be learning how to make humble requests. Exciting right? Leggo!
て form verbいただく
Example:
→ これを見ていただけませんか。
”Might I ask you to look at this for me?”
This lesson will entirely revolve around the 謙譲語 verb いただく. 頂く is written in kana when it follows a て form verb, and usually in kanji after 「nounを」. You may recall that いただく can also mean 食べる or 飲む, but this lesson will specifically revolve around いただく's use as the 謙譲語 version of もらう ("to receive").
