Hey! Question for ya. Do you ever listen to music while you study? Oh my! Do you ever... eat a snack while you study? Cool! Do you ever surf the web on your mobile device while sitting on your porch swing sipping a cold beverage while whistling a tune and lightly kicking your legs?
It's hard to do that many things at once, so let's just stick to two. In this lesson, we'll be dealing with how to express "while doing (something)". In Japanese, of course. Let's rock n' roll.
(verb stem)ながら, (clause with second verb)
Example:
→ ピザを作りながら、音楽を聞いた。
”I listened to music while making pizza.”
