Okay, time to get excited. Why? Because it’s time for another こそあど lesson! Yay! Everyone’s favorite chant is back. こ! そ! あ! ど! Today will be a review of the first two handy-dandy こそあど sets we learned, plus, a new bunch to keep you busy. Without further ado, let’s get into it!
Allow me to introduce you to my friends この、その、あの、and どの. They mean “this”, “that”, “that over there”, and “which”. I know what you’re thinking. Didn’t we already cover “this” and “that”? Well, there’s a big difference between この and これ, and I’ll even tell you what it is, eventually.
