~関係がある attaches to nouns using と or に(は), and expresses that there is/isn't a connection between X and Y.
E.g. バナナ王国に関係があるみたい。 "It seems (they) have a connection to the Banana Kingdom."
E.g. 音楽とファッションには深い関係がある。 "There is a deep connection between music and fashion."
E.g. その話、これと何が関係があるの? "What's the connection between that (thing you're talking about) and this?"
When 〜関係がある is used in a relative clause, が may be swapped for の.
E.g. 関係のない話はやめてください。 "Please stop with the unrelated topics."
