つもり can be used following a verb to describe one's intentions to do, or not do something.

To use つもり, attach it to a verb's casual affirmative, or casual negative form.

(verb)つもり can also be used in combination with はない or がない to indicate that someone has "no intention" of doing something. The difference in nuance between は and が is discussed in つもり's main article.
