する may be used in conjunction with an い-adjective's continuative form to indicate a change in state brought about by an active agent.
The continuative form of い-adjectives is formed by changing their final い to く. Simply add する to く to form the ~くする pattern:
E.g. おいしい > おいしく > おいしくする ("to make something delicious")
