The ばかりで pattern is a combination of the ばかり + で particles and is used to denote something as having "only X negative quality, and none of Y good quality".
〜ばかりで can attach to て form and dictionary form verbs, い-adjectives, and な-adjectives.
E.g. マイクは、文句を言うばかりで、全然手伝わない。 "Mike just complains and doesn't help at all."
E.g. うちの子は遊んでばかりで勉強をしない。 "My kid just plays and doesn't study."
