～ばかりでなく

About

〜ばかりで(は)なく is a combination of the particle ばかり, and で(は)なく, the continuative form of で(は)ない.

〜ばかりで(は)なく is a more stiff/formal version of 〜だけでな, and means "not only X, but also Y".

E.g. 祝日しゅくじつは入場料にゅうじょうりょうがかからないばかりでなく、オリジナルのステッカーがもらえる。 "Not only is entry free on holidays, but you can also receive a unique sticker."

The addition of は to form 「〜ばかりではなく」 is also possible, with は putting more emphasis on what follows.

E.g. 近藤こんどうさんは遅刻ちこくしたばかりではなく、宿題しゅくだいも忘わすれたらしい。 "Not only was Ms. Kondo late, but I hear she also forgot her homework. "

〜ばかりじゃなく can be used in more casual scenarios.

E.g. 田中たなかさんはイタリアでイタリア語ごを勉強べんきょうしてきたばかりじゃなく、彼氏かれしも見みつけてきた。 "Not only did Tanaka learn Italian in Italy, but she also found a boyfriend."

〜ばかりでなくて and 〜ばかりじゃなくて are also possible and sound more like spoken Japanese.

E.g. 先輩せんぱいは奢おごってくれたばかりでなくて、タクシー代だいまで出だしてくれた。 "Not only did my senpai pay for (my meal), but they also paid for my taxi. "
