だらけ is a suffix that attaches to nouns and is used to express that something is "covered in/full of/surrounded by (noun)".

だらけ is most commonly used in negative, or neutral scenarios, though it may occasionally be used in positive ones.

E.g. 猫ねこカフェの中なかはサラリーマンだらけだった。 "The cat cafe was filled with salarymen."

E.g. 小ちいさい時ときは、よく泥どろだらけになりながら遊あそんだ。 "When I was little, I often played while getting covered in mud."

The 「(noun)だらけの(noun)」 pattern contains a だらけ-modified noun, which is used to modify yet another noun.
