一度いちどに is an adverb that combines "one", "time", and 「に」 and means "at once. 一度いちどに follows verbs specifically.

E.g. マイクはおにぎりを一度いちどに3つ取とった。 "Mike took three onigiri at once."

E.g. このマシュマロは一度いちどで二種類にしゅるいの味あじが楽たのしめます！ "With this marshmallow, you can enjoy two flavors at once!"

It is also possible to follow 一度いちど with the で particle instead. で adds the nuance of something taking "X" number of times, which means that 二度にどで、三度さんどで、etc. are also possible.
