About
~うちに means "while", "during", or "before (something ends/a chance is gone/etc.)" and is used in sentences where there is an opportunity to be taken advantage of, or where two actions (or X action and Y state) happen simultaneously.
E.g. 温かいうちに召し上がってください。 "Please eat it while it's warm."
E.g. お母さんが寝ているうちに、ゲームをやろう! "Let's play games while mom's sleeping!"
