~(んだ)って
Emphasis/repetition
About
んだって, or simply (だ)って, can be used at the end of a sentence to express the speaker's frustration at having to repeat themselves.
Since ~(んだ)って at the end of a sentence can also indicate hearsay, context should be used to determine which meaning is at play.
~んだって can attach directly to casual form verbs/い-adjectives, or to nouns/な-adjectives using な or じゃない.
E.g. 今出発しないと間に合わないんだって! "I said, if we don't leave now, we're not gonna make it!"
E.g. 後で片付けるって! "I said I'll clean later!"
E.g. そこ痛いって! "I said that (spot) hurts!"
E.g. マイクのことは好きじゃないんだって。 "I said, I don't like Mike."
