て form of a たい form verb (たい → たくて) + たまらない
て form い-adjective + たまらない
な-adjectiveで + たまらない
しかた(が)ない・しょうがない
て form verb/い-adjective + しかた(が)ない・しょうがない
な-adjectiveで + しかた(が)ない・しょうがない
Example:
→ 暑くてたまらないよ。クーラーをつけてくれない?
"(I'm) so hot I can't stand it. Would you turn on the AC?”
