Welcome! This lesson will build upon your newfound adjective knowledge and teach you how to create all sorts of negative adjectives. This is important stuff! After all, when the food isn't tasty, it's important to be able to say so, right?
You already know how to conjugate verbs into their polite form and negative form, so I thought I should get you up to speed with adjectives as well. There are going to be a few things we haven’t covered yet, like casual speech or the mysterious「じゃない」, but don’t worry about these for now—you’ll learn more about them soon! (And by soon, I mean in the very next lesson. 👀)
い-adjectiveいく + ない・ありません
Example:
→ それはかわいくないドレスだ。
”That dress isn't cute.”
