I-adjectives negative form (polite)
About
い-adjectives are one of the two types of Japanese adjectives and are characterized by the fact that they all end in the い kana.
Negative い-adjectives ending in ～くない may be made polite by substituting ない with ありません, the polite negative form of the verb ある.

ありません may be followed by でした to indicate the past tense, but it may not be followed by です or だ.
Negative (～くない) い-adjectives can be made more polite by substituting ない with ありません.
ありません may be followed by でした to indicate past tense.
ありません may not be followed by です or だ.
