でも
But
About
でも is a conjunction that is similar to "but" in English.
Unlike the way "but" is used in English, this usage of でも usually comes at the start of a sentence. When でも comes in the middle of a sentence, following a noun or な-adjective, it generally will mean "even X" rather than "but".
(Sentence 1)。でも(Sentence 2)。
Because it comes at the start of a new sentence, でも refers to what was previously said (usually the directly preceding sentence).
