The ~からして pattern attaches to nouns, and is used to make a judgment based on something's appearance, actions, quality, etc.
~からして is mainly used in regard to other people/things (rather than the speaker themselves), and is used to reference the most remarkable thing about a given subject.
~からして can be roughly separated into two usages:

① Shallow reasoning (generally negative)
E.g. あの服装からして、うちの店で買い物するお金なんてないわよ。 "Based on those clothes, she doesn't have the money to shop at our store."
E.g. 髪型からして、きっと目立ちたがりな人だよ。 "Judging from their hairstyle, they're someone who wants to stand out."

② Educated guesses (not necessarily negative)
E.g. このラーメンは、香りからして美味しそうだ。 "Based on its smell, this ramen seems delicious."
E.g. 話し方からしてすごい真面目な人だと思う。 "Based on how they speak, I think they're a very serious person."
~からして evaluations are based on only one part of a given thing, rather than all of its qualities as a whole.
