～Xに限かぎらずY attaches to nouns, and expresses that "Y is not limited to X", wherein X is a limiting factor within a broader group.

～に限かぎらず is slightly stiff in tone, and is mainly used in polite and/or formal contexts.

E.g. 日焼ひやけ止どめは、夏なつに限かぎらず、一年中いちねんじゅう塗ぬっています。 "I not only wear sunscreen in summer, but all throughout the year."

E.g. 東京とうきょうは週末しゅうまつに限かぎらず、毎日まいにち観光かんこう客きゃくが多おおい。 "Tokyo is full of tourists, not only on the weekends, but every day."
