〜を除いて

About

〜を除のぞく attaches to nouns/nominalized verbs and is used to express "other than; with the exception of; ...aside".

E.g. 飛行機代ひこうきだいを除のぞき、すべての支払しはらいが済すみました。 "(We) have paid for everything, aside from the plane tickets."

E.g. 配送料はいそうりょうは、一部いちぶ地域ちいきを除のぞき無料むりょうです。 "Shipping is free, with the exception of certain regions."

E.g. 一部いちぶの部屋へやを除のぞき、館内かんないは飲食禁止いんしょくきんしです。 "Eating and drinking are not permitted in this building, with the exception of some rooms."

〜を除のぞく is most commonly used in polite spoken scenarios. 〜以外いがい can be used instead for casual conversation.

〜を除のぞいて・除のぞき・除のぞけば are also possible, depending on the sentence.
