〜にきめる
To decide on...
About
The ~に決める pattern is one of the most common ways to discuss decisions in Japanese. As opposed to ~にする, ~に決める is generally used for big decisions, rather than trivial ones. As opposed to ~になる, ~に決める suggests that the decision was made by the speaker, or subject, rather than decided for them, by someone else.
To use ~に決める, simply attach it to a noun. This then becomes the noun that is being decided upon.
