～ましょう is a fairly polite way to say "let's do X". It can be used to invite someone to do something, but when doing so, sounds more casual than ～ましょうか or ～ませんか.
Form ましょう by conjugating the 「ます」at the end of a ます form verb.
E.g. 食べる → 食べます → 食べましょう
