The か particle can be combined with the words 誰, 何, どこ, いつ, and なぜ to express "who/what/where/when/why".
This is different from the Elementary grammar point ①(interrogative)か, which was used to express "someone/something/somewhere/sometime/for some reason". Since both of these meanings (e.g. "someone" and "who") are possible, the context of the sentence will inform the meaning of (interrogative)か.
Sometimes, か will become separated from the interrogative it attaches to, but it retains its meaning.
Combine か with 誰・何・どこ・いつ・なぜ to express "who/what/where/when/why"
Sometimes other information in a sentence will come between か and the question word it attaches to
